.Lila, Ms.Tracy and team made our travel in Vietnam truly comfortable and memorable. We traveled with 2 kids of age 3 years and not at any single point we felt the itinerary they planned for us was hectic. Coming to the stays they booked for us. We were given accomodations at 4 star and 5 star hotels as requested by us and all hotel rooms were true to its category of stars. The halong bay cruise they had arranged for us was just out of the world and a mesmerizing experience. The follow up from the support team was spot on. Nowhere we had to wait for our pick up drivers. The entire trip was co ordinated so precisely. Kudos to the entire team for making our Vietnam trip memorable.
